FAQ's

  • Do you provide finishing?
    • We don't provide finishing (other than the self-finishing projects we sell) however please see below our recommendations on finishing
      • We don't know if it's more fun to finish a project or to get it back from the finisher!  3AC does not directly finish projects however we offer trusted resources you can count on to beautifully finish your belts, ornaments, pillows and more.  If a canvas is labeled as "self-finishing" it means you have the ability to finish the project yourself.  For items that are more traditionally finished we welcome you to use the resources below.

        For Belts, Cuffs & Keychains- we recommend you mail your finished canvas directly to Hill Top Leather Shop in Kentucky and cut out the middle man.  Hill Top Leather is our trusted partner and uses only the finest leather.  Be sure your belt has a binding stitch before mailing.  You can find helpful binding stitch instructions on YouTube until we finish taping our own for you.

        For all other items please contact Two's Company Needlepoint of Rock Hill.  Two's Company has over 40 years providing quality finishing services to needlepointers.   When you call them simply describe what you would like done and they will help you handle the rest.

    • Does the price include thread?
      • The prices listed is only for the canvas.  We hope to resume offering kitted canvases in the future.  We are happy to provide thread type recommendations.
    • What is your return policy?
      • We want you to love your canvas but should you find it just doesn't meet your needs please contact us within 30 days of delivery to initiate return. We do not offer returns for special orders and personalized canvases. Shipping is non-refundable. Thank you
