• Do you provide finishing?
  • We don't provide finishing (other than the self-finishing projects we sell) however please click here to see our recommendations on finishing

• Does the price include thread?
  • The prices listed is only for the canvas.  If you would like your canvas to include thread please select one of the thread kits listed in the "suggested products" below your item.  We price our kits by size of canvas
• Why is your kit pricing so low?
  • We keep our kit pricing low by only sending you the amount needed.  If you only need a few strands of a certain color we only send a few strands versus the entire skein.  
• What kind of thread do you offer in your kits?
  • If the kit offers Pearl Cotton it is DMC Pearl Cotton
  • If the kit offers Silk Blends it will be a combination of Pepper Pot and/or Vinyard Silk based on the needed colors.  We often have to include a bit of Pearl Cotton in these kits to help fill in colors
  • If the kit offers metallics it will be a combination of Kreinik and Silk Lame unless we find something else that is too fabulous not to pass along to our customers

• What is your return policy?
  • We want you to love your canvas but should you find it just doesn't meet your needs please contact us within 30 days of delivery to initiate return. We do not offer returns for special orders and personalized canvases. Shipping is non-refundable. Thank you
